I have trained with Adam for the past 4 years, his knowledge and passion for fitness brings me back every day. I have been working with Adam for the past year. He has been an amazing coach in helping me work on specific things I have wanted to accomplish.Before winter, he helped me build and train for ski season and over the past few months he has been helping me with upper body strength for softball season. During the year when I’m not looking for specific training he helps me with overall fitness training. Each workout is different to keep my body in great shape.Adam is a very motivating coach and is always challenging me. I love that he takes an interest in how I’m feeling and asks if we should push harder or keep things the same. His focus on safety is top notch. Adam was my coach for over 3 years and now my coach on Gray Method Training! He has always been so willing to push me when I need it or just build me up when I’m down on myself. He is very educated and plans exercise routines that anyone can do (any ability) whether you use just body weight or use heavy weights to challenge yourself. I have been able to message Adam at any time and he is quick to get back to me. Since starting just a little over a week ago with Gray Method Training I have lost 5 pounds. I am determined to follow his program; especially with the results I’ve had so quickly.

I’m so happy he started this program during Covid so I don’t have to go to a gym! It saves on travel time, as well as, he makes the program work with whatever equipment (kettlebell, dumb bells, etc) you have at home. Thank you Adam! Your the best!

I have been training with Adam Gray for the past 2 years. Prior to this I had been inconsistently doing my own workouts at public gyms, and for a while, did personal training. I had over a dozen different trainers during the span of 2 years, and was never able to reach my fitness goals due to inconsistency and lack of enthusiasm from trainers. Not only has Adam been very consistent, but I know he is passionate about his job and always striving to be the best fitness coach and trainer he can possibly be. Adam has worked closely with me to help overcome an old injury by providing modified workouts or new things to try. He has helped me gain the physical fitness needed to overcome the injury and I am happy to say I am now learning how to skateboard.
