Was it your mind? or your body?
I have a question I want you to answer honestly. Who actually told you to stop? Who actually told you not to go to train? Who told you to ignore the food you spent all the time prepping, that's literally just sitting in the fridge...was it your body? Or was it your mind?
Our body is influenced by our minds more than you can even believe. If we get home from work on a given day and the last thing you want to do is go to training that night, what do you think your brain is going to do? It's going to give you what you want…”You had a long day today”...”You worked really hard when you trained yesterday, you don't need to go tonight”...”Is that a little bit of stiffness in your lower back?” it says to you as you sit.
It’ll tell you you’re hungry even though you just polished off 6 slices of pizza 20 minutes ago. That you can't do it, that you’re not good enough, that it's too hard. I’ve got news for ya...YOU CAN DO IT!
